Welcome to Kelling Parish Council

 Kelling Parish Council is made up of 7 elected Councillors and is administered by the Parish Clerk . The Councillors represent the village on a number of various matters. The council are re-elected every four years and are the third tier of local government after Norfolk County Council and North Norfolk District Council. 
 
The Council meets at 6 pm usually on the third Wednesday every other month in the Old Reading Rooms, Kelling.
 The public are very welcome to attend our meetings. 
The Parish Council is responsible for:​
  • Commenting on planning applications​
  • The war memorial
  • The village defibrillator
  • The village notice boards
  • General maintenance around the village
  • Emptying three litter bins in the parish
  • Providing support and advice
  • Representing parishioners views
