His Royal Highness Prince Philip
Kelling Parish Council are deeply saddened by the news that HRH Prince Philip has passed away. We mourn, along with the rest of the nation and remember his remarkable life and his dedication to Queen and Country.

Welcome to Kelling Parish Council
Kelling Parish Council is made up of 7 elected Councillors and is administered by the Parish Clerk Gemma Harrison. The Councillors represent the village on a number of various matters. The council are re-elcted every four years and are the third tier of local government after Norfolk County Council and North Norfolk District Council.
The Council meet at 6 pm usually on the third Thursday every other month at Beck House Barn, The Street, Kelling.
The public are very welcome to attend our meetings.
