Welcome to Kelling Parish Council

 Kelling Parish Council is made up of 7 elected Councillors and is administered by the Parish Clerk Jane Wisson. The Councillors represent the village on a number of various matters. The council are re-elcted every four years and are the third tier of local government after Norfolk County Council and North Norfolk District Council. 
 
The Council meet at 6 pm usually on the third Thursday every other month at Beck House Barn, The Street, Kelling.
 The public are very welcome to attend our meetings. 
The Parish Council are responsible for:​
  • commenting on planning applications​
  • the war memorial
  • the village notice boards
  • general maintenance around the village
  • Emptying three litter bins in the parish
