Welcome to Kelling Parish Council
Kelling Parish Council is made up of 7 elected Councillors and is administered by the Parish Clerk Jane Wisson. The Councillors represent the village on a number of various matters. The council are re-elected every four years and are the third tier of local government after Norfolk County Council and North Norfolk District Council.
The Council meet at 6 pm usually on the third Thursday every other month in the Old Reading Rooms, Kelling.
The public are very welcome to attend our meetings.
The Parish Council are responsible for:

the war memorial

the village notice boards
-
general maintenance around the village
-
Emptying three litter bins in the parish
