Kelling Parish Council

Kelling Parish Council are responsible for maintaining the war memorial which sits in the heart of the parish.

Dog Bins in the Parish

The Parish Council are responsible for emptying the three dog bins in the village. They are located on Meadow Lane, at the entrance to Muckleburgh Hill and in the Kelling Heath Car Park.

The Reading Room Cafe 

The Reading Room Cafe and Tea Room is privately owned. The Cafe sits in the centre of the village and is popular with both residents and visitors. The cafe was recently successfully registered as an Asset of Community Value.
